Think Before U Speak, A Widow's Fight and God Is partner are organizations set forth to proclaim, exalt, promote, praise and teach Jesus Christ through personal testimony and the holy bible.

 

We believe that the bible is the God breathed, infallible word of God in it's entirety.

Jesus is the Son of God, 100% God and 100% man, who died on the cross for our sins, redemption from a life of eternal hell and freedom from sin to live for Him. We believe in the Trinity, the power and existence of Holy Spirit, the third person of the trinity who fills our lives upon acceptance of Jesus as Savior as well as the various gifts (speaking in tongues, word of knowledge, fruit of the spirit, prophecy, etc). We believe that God is the first person of the Trinity, our Heavenly Father, who loved us so much that He gave His only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. We believe in Creation, pro-life, the definition of family being the example of the first family of one man and one woman, that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus alone who is the only way to salvation and heaven, truth and life, that the love of God has the ability to heal all things, that Jesus was the liberator of women and has a heart for those oppressed which include the widow and orphan. We serve where His heart yearns!   These truths are our foundation and integrated in all aspects of services, goods, content and information provides through Think Before U Speak, A Widow's Fight and God Is partners and officers.  

 

Grief classes, staff, teachers, volunteers, participants and users understand that information provided is based on personal experience and is not provided by official medical or other professionals unless information of such content is confirmed in writing.

Term, Termination, and Survival

 

“This Agreement is effective as of the first moment of access to any content, information, downloads and/or use of any services or information on all sites, events, public and/or private platforms of Think Before U Speak, A Widow's Fight and God Is partner and shall remain in effect as long as the User uses or accesses any of the Services written therein. Upon termination of the Term, the User shall no longer be permitted to use or access the Services. Upon cessation of this term and or agreement listed in the terms of use, the following contemplated obligations shall survive termination: Confidentiality, Reverence of Christianity and religious freedom, Indemnification, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Controlling Law and Severability.

Any notices or communications required or permitted to be given by this Agreement must be (i) given in writing (including email) and (ii) personally delivered or mailed, by prepaid, certified mail or overnight courier, or transmitted by electronic mail transmission (including PDF), to the party to whom such notice or communication is directed, to the mailing address or regularly-monitored electronic mail address of such party as follows:

Any such notice or communication shall be deemed to have been given on (i) the day such notice or communication is personally delivered, (ii) three (3) days after such notice or communication is mailed by prepaid certified or registered mail, (iii) one (1) working day after such notice or communication is sent by overnight courier, or (iv) the day such notice or communication is sent electronically, provided that the sender has received a confirmation of such electronic transmission. A party may, for purposes of this Agreement, change his, her or its address, fax number, email address or the person to whom a notice or other communication is marked to the attention of, by giving notice of such change to the other party listed above.

Rights, under this agreement, are unable to be transferred or sold to other parties. Any and all legal matters will be handled in the jurisdiction requested by Think Before U Speak, A Widow's Fight and God Is partners and founding officers. Disputes shall be resolved under the contract through arbitration proceedings, not in a lawsuit. Users waive any and all legal rights concerning disagreement with biblical principles, personal testimonies and information shared on all platforms of Think Before U Speak, A Widow's Fight and God Is partners and founding officers. Should any part of this agreement be severed or considered invalid, the remainder of the agreement is still enforceable.
